The ClearSonic Friction hinge for non-grooved 3/16 (HF63) or ¼-inch thick panels. These hinges feature rows of 'fingers' that grip the edge of an acrylic panel to hold it in place.
The HF64 drum shield friction hinge is the replacement hinge you want if you purchased a ClearSonic drum shield in 2000 or before, and will accommodate 1/4-inch thick panels.
The HF63 is used for our LITE2466x5 drum shield and is only suited to fit 3/16-inch thick panels.
The Friction Drum Shield hinge HF48 is our 4 foot version made for 1/4 " plexiglass and acrylic.
