Brian Smith, President of ESCS, is also a RESNET Certified Energy Rater and has successfully completed the National Center for Healthy Housing "Essentials for Healthy Homes" Practitioners Course. If you are a builder, we can help you design and build the energy efficient homes that today's home buyers are looking for. $2,000 per home energy efficiency tax credits are available for the builders of qualifying homes.
